Orders are requests until accepted for fulfillment

Payment confirmation means we received your order request and payment authorization. It does not guarantee supplier acceptance, inventory, shipment, price accuracy, address validity, customs clearance, or final fulfillment.

We may cancel and refund all or part of an order if the product is unavailable, cannot be shipped, has a pricing/catalog error, appears fraudulent, violates these terms, cannot pass supplier checks, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Supplier-fulfilled products

Cool Is Gadgets currently focuses on AliExpress-sourced products. Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, warehouses, carriers, or service providers. We may share order details needed for fulfillment, shipping, tax, fraud prevention, support, and returns.

Supplier inventory, cost, freight options, and delivery estimates can change between listing, checkout, and fulfillment. If a material change affects your order before fulfillment, we may contact you, request consent, cancel/refund, or offer an alternative.

Product information and compatibility

We try to keep titles, photos, variants, dimensions, compatibility, prices, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. Product images may be supplier-provided and may show optional accessories, packaging, or multiple variants for illustration.

You are responsible for choosing the correct model, size, color, connector, voltage, plug type, device generation, and variant. Contact us before purchase if compatibility is unclear.

No professional, medical, safety, or certification advice

Products are consumer gadgets and accessories unless a product page clearly states otherwise. We do not provide medical, health, safety, engineering, vehicle, electrical, child-safety, pet-safety, or professional advice.

Do not rely on store copy as proof of certification, legal compliance, compatibility with regulated equipment, or suitability for high-risk uses. Use products only as intended and follow manufacturer/supplier instructions.

Pricing, taxes, and availability

Prices can change. We may correct obvious pricing, tax, shipping, coupon, currency, or catalog errors before fulfillment. If an error affects your paid order, we may cancel/refund or ask whether you want to proceed at the corrected terms.

Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, taxes, duties, import fees, and local charges may be separate customer responsibilities depending on destination.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our refund policy and shipping policy are part of these terms. Orders normally have a processing hold before supplier fulfillment. During that hold, cancellation is easier. After supplier fulfillment starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return policy generally requires unopened, unused items in original packaging, but mandatory legal rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, delayed, or protected returns are not limited.

Account, checkout, and payment rules

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, resale abuse, sanctions/export issues, or misuse of the site.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cool Is Gadgets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from site use, product use, delivery delays, supplier issues, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including non-waivable liability for defective goods, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Changes to the site and terms

We may update products, prices, policies, and these terms. The version posted when you place an order generally applies to that order, except where law requires otherwise or an update benefits the customer.

Governing law placeholder

The final governing law, business entity, registered address, and dispute venue need owner/legal confirmation before production launch. Mandatory consumer protections in your location still apply where they cannot be waived.
