Track order status from processing hold through supplier fulfillment, shipment, and delivery where tracking is available.

Before tracking appears

After payment, most orders enter a processing hold while we verify supplier stock, freight availability, fraud signals, address details, and cancellation risk. Tracking may not exist until supplier fulfillment begins and the carrier creates it.

Tracking updates

When tracking is available, the carrier or supplier may take time to scan the package. Tracking can show limited movement during international transit, customs processing, or handoff between carriers.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking stops updating or a delivery deadline passes, contact support with your order number. We may need to investigate with the supplier or carrier before issuing a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
