Are these products from AliExpress?

Yes. Cool Is Gadgets is currently focused on AliExpress-sourced products. We curate listings, present them in a cleaner storefront, and check supplier availability before fulfillment where possible.

Can I cancel after ordering?

You can request cancellation during the processing hold. The default cancellation request window is 6 hours after payment unless the order has already entered supplier fulfillment. After fulfillment starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Can I return something because I changed my mind?

Where allowed by law, our voluntary return policy allows return requests within 30 days after delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Customer-paid return shipping normally applies for change-of-mind returns unless local law says otherwise.

EU/UK customers and customers in other regions may have mandatory cancellation or return rights that differ from this voluntary policy. Mandatory rights override our voluntary policy where they apply.

What if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with photos and your order details. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or incorrect, we will work toward a refund, replacement, or other legally appropriate remedy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Product/order estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the stated time or, where no time is stated, within the legally required default period, we will follow applicable delay notice, consent, cancellation, and refund rules.

Are product claims guaranteed?

No. Product pages should be read as consumer accessory descriptions, not professional, medical, safety, or certification advice. Check compatibility, size, and variant selections before purchase.
