Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, and a short description of what happened. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Cancellation requests
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are easiest to cancel during the processing hold before supplier fulfillment starts. Once supplier fulfillment or shipment starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Do not open a second order to fix an address or variant issue unless support tells you to. Contact us first so we can avoid duplicate fulfillment where possible.
Return requests
Do not return items to the sender address or to an AliExpress supplier without authorization from Cool Is Gadgets. Return addresses and instructions can vary by product, destination, supplier, and legal reason for return.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed, lost, refused, or ineligible for a refund if we cannot connect the shipment to your order.
Expected response time
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. During launch/testing periods or supplier investigations, some issues may take longer, especially if we need carrier or supplier documentation.
