Shipping policy

Cool Is Gadgets uses supplier-fulfilled shipping for AliExpress-sourced products. Delivery estimates depend on product, supplier, destination, carrier, customs, and stock availability. We avoid promising exact delivery dates unless an order page clearly states one.
Processing before shipment
Most orders are held for at least 6 hours after payment before supplier fulfillment starts. This processing hold helps us catch cancellation requests, stock issues, address problems, fraud signals, and shipping availability changes.
Some orders may require longer review. If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped before fulfillment, we may cancel/refund, offer an alternate item, offer a raincheck, or ask for your consent to a changed shipping timeline.
Shipping estimates and legal delay rules
Product pages, checkout, order pages, or support messages may show estimated delivery windows. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless clearly stated as guaranteed.
For US customers, if we state a shipment time, we need a reasonable basis for that statement. If no shipment time is stated, the default rule generally requires shipment within 30 days or appropriate delay notice, consent, cancellation, and refund options.
For customers outside the US, mandatory local consumer delivery, cancellation, and refund rights apply where stronger than this policy.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide it after the supplier or carrier creates it. Tracking may take time to update after label creation, international handoff, customs, or final-mile carrier transfer.
Customs, duties, and import handling
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import restrictions depending on destination. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, customers are responsible for destination-country taxes, duties, and import fees required by local law.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, blocked by customs, or returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid import charge, refund eligibility may be reduced by costs we cannot recover, unless local law requires otherwise.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, deliverable shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. Once supplier fulfillment starts, address changes are not guaranteed.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking is delayed, stalled, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number. We may need reasonable time to investigate with the supplier or carrier before determining the next step.
Depending on the facts, tracking, carrier response, supplier policy, and applicable law, we may offer replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or other resolution.
